A DCTR case study
Shaping a special new neighbourhood
The story of a launch
This is how DCTR built belief in Hill Rise, a new neighbourhood on the Blenheim Palace estate.
DCTR built every layer with one idea that held it together: life in natural balance. Inspired by Lagom, the Swedish art of wellbeing, every touchpoint was crafted as carefully as the homes themselves.
In their words
The best work comes from the best clients. Blenheim Estate Homes were curious, brave and creative from day one, and a real pleasure to build this with. Here's Karis, their Property Marketing Manager, on the experience.
What we did
The work
A brochure worth keeping, signage worth stopping for, every page as considered as the homes.

Digital
From a marketing suite interactive to a full digital campaign, every pixel in balance.

Collaboration
Working with Blocc on interiors and trusted partners on print, every hand in step.

Pssst - This entire website is built on KERB
Built by DCTR, Kerb is a living, breathing alternative to the PDF brochure. Interactive, trackable, updatable, and built to your development's spec and story.
We built our Hill Rise portfolio in it, so you're not reading about Kerb, you're using it right now.
Got something coming up?
We'd love to hear about it
