Something to hold onto

Print & Signage

Why print still matters

In a world of PDFs, we made things worth keeping. A brochure that feels like a book that could live on the kitchen cookbook shelf, not a sales document. Signage that belongs in the landscape. Print that carries the same belief as everything else - because the things you can hold are often the things people remember.

The Host Brochure

We didn't write a brochure. We made something closer to a book, opening with Marilynne Robinson quote on the feeling of a Sunday. An object that tells you what Hill Rise feels like before it tells you what it costs.

Signage

The brand didn't stop at the brochure. We took it outside - wayfinding, signage and details like the bee hotel, designed to feel like they grew out of the place rather than being bolted on.

Coffee Shop Partnership

To create excitement and further embed the feeling, the Blenheim team formed a partnership with the local coffee shop in Woodstock. We created all print material for the campaign including stickers, posters and postcards. A brilliant activation thinking outside the box.

Pssst - This entire website is built on KERB

Built by DCTR, Kerb is a living, breathing alternative to the PDF brochure. Interactive, trackable, updatable, and built to your development's spec and story.

We built our Hill Rise portfolio in it, so you're not reading about Kerb, you're using it right now.

Meet DCTR

We build belief for property. Hill Rise is one story. Let's tell yours.

Got something coming up?

We'd love to hear about it
